2019年第一届资源与环境研究国际会议将于2019年10月25-27日,山东大学(青岛校区)召开 召开,由山东大学与环境农业科学协会 承办 ,厦门科技学院,南-南合作可持续发展中心与ISEIS 协办,欢迎广大学者踊跃投稿,莅临本次会议。

环境资源是指环境作为一个整体作为资源的总和。各种自然资源,包括水、空气、土地、动植物、矿物及其各种状态的组合,是人类生存和发展的物质基础。不合理开发和利用环境资源导致了日益严重的破坏,诸如水资源短缺和污染,臭氧层的破坏,土壤沙漠化,森林面积减少,和一些稀有物种的迫在眉睫的疲惫和矿物质,这将有一个相应的对人类社会进步和经济发展的影响。因此,在环境资源的开发利用中,必须遵循可持续、协调发展的方针

环境作为一种资源,它包含有两层涵义: 一是指环境的单个要素(如土地、水、空气、动植物、矿产等)以及它们的组合方式(环境状态),可称其为自然资源属性。二是指与环境污染相对应的环境纳污能力,即“环境自净能力”,可称其为环境资源属性。

环境资源作为人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础, 它除具有区域分异性、整体性、稀缺性、多用途性等特点外, 还具有价值性、无阶级性和非排他、非竞争的公共商品性。环境蕴含着资源, 有资源就有价值; 环境是资源, 是资源就有价值。
