1993开始任教于浙江大学环境与资源学院环境工程系(原浙江大学化学工程系环境工程研究室),2013年晋升教授
1997-1998在香港科技大学化学工程系,访问学者
2009年入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”第三层次培养计划
2011.1-2011.4美国伊利诺斯大学香槟分校(UIUC)土木与环境工程系,访问学者
